Aaron did an excellent job selling an estate condo in a timely and efficient manner. He found a cash buyer without a long list of conditions/contingencies. I thought a lis pendens filed on the property would be a difficult complication, but he said it wouldn't, and it wasn't. Thanks to Aaron, the sale process was easier and quicker than I expected.
